These immersive workshops mirror each stage of this journey, allowing aspiring consultants to develop the exact skills, tools, and mindset used by professional consultants.

Rather than learning frameworks in isolation, these workshops are based on live UK business projects.

Stage 1: Project Initiation

Workshop

The project initiation workshop primarily focuses on three pillars: Needs Analysis, Proposal, and Professional Communications

Mastering these skills allows you to walk into your next business challenge, interview, or boardroom presentation with the confidence of a top-tier consultant.

You will:

  • Develop the foundational structured problem-solving skills sought by top-tier firms like McKinsey, BCG, and Bain
  • Think like a strategist, applying First Principles thinking, issue trees, and advanced consulting questions to break down complex business problems
  • Identify and uncover hidden client needs through the Capstone Roleplay Discovery Session
  • Go beyond theory with deep dives into a live UK consulting project
  • Uncover the ‘7-Switches’ proposal structure that consistently wins clients
  • Gain proficiency in professional communication and rapport-building tools and methods used in consulting projects

Requirements

  • No prior consulting experience is required; this workshop is designed to take you from beginner to confident problem-solver, step by step.

  • By booking a workshop starting within 14 days, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge this replaces your standard 14-day statutory right to cancel.

  • Written cancellations get a 100% refund if requested 4+ days prior, 60% for 48h–4 days prior, and 30% for 24–48h prior.

  • No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.

  • If Experiential Academy has to cancel or reschedule your workshop, you are entitled to a full refund.
